At ECOMOOJ, we make it easy for boutique owners, gifting companies, and event planners to place bulk orders for our handcrafted macramé dolls. Here's everything you need to know before you order:

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

  • Starting MOQ: 10 units
  • Reorders: MOQ 5 units (same design)
  • For fully custom designs: MOQ 25 units

Customization Options:

  • Name Tags & Labels
  • Skin Tone, Hair, Dress Colors
  • Theme-Based Styling (Anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
  • White-Label Branding (Tags, Inserts, Packaging)

Production Time:

  • 10–14 business days depending on quantity
  • Rush orders available upon request

Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance to confirm order
  • 50% before dispatch
  • Bank Transfer  (USA)
  • Bank Transfer (India)

Returns & Cancellations:

  • Custom bulk orders are non-refundable

If any defect/damage occurs in shipping, we replace the unit free of charge
